These terms govern your use of Tradiary, operated by Tradiary, Türkiye ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The service
Tradiary is a personal journal and analytics tool for recording and reviewing your own trades. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or connect to your broker.
2. Not financial advice
Everything in Tradiary, including statistics, insights, sessions and rank or achievement features, is for information and self-review only. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading involves a high risk of loss. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Provide a real email address that you control.
4. Your content
You own the data you enter and the screenshots you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. Do not upload anything that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or contains other people's private information without permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse engineer its security, use automated means to create accounts or scrape it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Tradiary running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change or be removed. Keep your own copy of important records: you can export your data at any time from the Account panel.
7. Calculations
Figures are computed from what you enter. Errors in your input lead to errors in the results. Time zone and market session information is approximate and provided for convenience only.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete my account), which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, trading losses, or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous 12 months (which is zero if the service is free). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it. The date above shows the latest version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and disputes are handled by its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
